Patient Care
Complaints Procedure
We aim to get things right first time — but if we fall short, we want to know, and we promise to deal with your concern quickly, fairly and courteously. Raising a complaint will never affect the care you receive.
Step 1 — Tell us
Speak to any member of the team, or call 020 7183 0692 and ask for the practice's complaints manager. We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days.
Step 2 — Investigation
The complaints manager will investigate, involving the treating clinician where relevant, and provide a full written response — normally within ten working days. If we need longer, we will explain why and keep you updated.
Step 3 — Independent bodies
If you remain dissatisfied, you can contact:
- The Dental Complaints Service (for private dental care) — 020 8253 0800.
- The General Dental Council, the statutory regulator of dental professionals.
- The Care Quality Commission, which regulates the practice.
