Contact details you submit through our enquiry form (name, phone, email, message), appointment and clinical records if you become a patient (special-category health data), and limited technical data needed to run the website securely.
Why and on what basis
We process enquiry data to respond to you (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract). Clinical records are processed for the provision of healthcare (Article 9(2)(h) UK GDPR) and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including CQC and GDC record-keeping requirements.
Retention
